1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Noor Infrastructure. By engaging our firm for any construction, interior, or architectural project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Noor Infrastructure provides professional architectural planning, 3D elevations, structural engineering, and complete turnkey construction services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate detailed contract or work order.

3. Payment & Milestone Schedules

Payment schedules for construction projects are typically milestone-based. An initial booking amount is required to commence planning. Subsequent payments must be made as per the agreed stages of construction.

4. Project Timelines

While we strive to deliver every project on time, completion dates provided are estimates. Factors such as weather conditions, material availability, and government approvals may affect the final delivery schedule.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural designs, 3D renders, and engineering plans created by Noor Infrastructure remain the intellectual property of the firm until final payments are cleared.

6. Liability & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida/Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
